REIKI COURSE DAY

I had a brilliant day Saturday with a bunch of fab ladies learning level 1 Reiki, let me tell you how heartfelt it was , it was such a relaxing and grounding day I learnt so much, I can’t wait for level 2 in November ….. today I have felt calmer and more balanced which is one of the benefits of Reiki. I can’t wait to start offering it to you guys as part of a relaxing treatment. anyway it’s Sunday night back to school/work tomorrow 🙈monday crept up fast didn’t it 🤪
